In order to promote the development of distinctive businesses, Haikou Customs has further optimized the supervision mode of diamond clearance business with the special supervision region of Shanghai Customs, and guided the industrial chain to extend to high-end areas. Thus, relying on Guangzhou Nansha Bonded Port and Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone, it supports enterprises to carry out bonded circulation business of import diamond goods. What is more, it also supports Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone to declare the designated port of Kimberley Process. Meanwhile, Haikou Customs supports the integration and transformation of Yangpu Bonded Port Area and speed up the study of its "first-line opening, second-line efficient control" customs supervision mode.
