Hainan Festival Feast: Rise to the Occasion

Cuisine is one of the strongest carriers of emotion and the most able storytellers of local lore and customs. The coming of the lunar new year in Hainan sees various traditional dishes make their annual comeback. This year, invited guests from Hainan's foreign community will get a chance to sample them and unlock the stories within.

Join @HainanGeo, a pictorial column co-produced by Hainan Daily New Media Center and Hainan International Media Center, in welcoming the Year of the Dragon with their 2024 "China Festival Online" Lunar New Year event, where guests from the Hainan FTP's foreign community will be invited to indulge in Hainan's unique festival flavors.
