The 4th China International Consumer Products Expo (“CICPE”) will be held in Hainan from April 13 to 18, 2024. Once again, the main venue is at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. The CICPE organizing committee has decided to designate Wednesday April 17and Thursday April 18 as public open days.

I. CICPE Main Venue Ticket Quantity, Sale Time, and Price

(I) Ticket Quantity

Only valid at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, 50,000 tickets will be available per day for atotal of 100,000 tickets.

(II) Sale Time

Ticket sales will begin at 10:00 am on April 3 and will be available until they sell out.

(III) Price

20 yuan per ticket.

II. Purchase Methods

Visitors can purchase tickets through the CICPE's official App or WeChat mini-program of CICPE. Ticket purchase will require real-name registration, so please complete the real name authentication process in advance.

Each person is limited to a maximum of 5 tickets including for multiple days and/or accompanying persons.

III. Specific Ticket Purchase Process (CICPEOfficial App)

Step One

(I) Step One

From the homepage, click on “购票观展" (TICKET), read and agree to relevant agreements, then proceed to purchase tickets;

(II) Step Two

From the purchase page, select and confirm the ticket type, exhibition date and the visitor’s information, and click on “提交订单" (Submit Order);

(III) Step Three

From the payment page, proceed with the payment after confirming purchase information. Orders not paid within the specified time will be automatically canceled. If necessary, the order should be resubmitted;

(IV) Step Four

The ticket purchase process is complete after successful payment. You can use the details page to check information about the purchased ticket, entry requirements, and transportation.

IV. Kind Reminders

(I) Before Entry

You can use the CICPE official App and WeChat mini-program to purchase tickets and make enquiries. New users need to complete real-name authentication in the “我的" (Me) module before purchasing tickets;

To avoid disruptions due to traffic congestion, please check the navigation and transportation guide in advance to learn about traffic control areas.

(II) At the gate

Domestic visitors should bring their original ID cards for ticket verification. Foreign passport holders should present their ticket status and ticket QR codes for verification,please bind your identity information before purchasing tickets. Entry will involve orderly queuing, gate scanning, and security checks.

V. Notes

(I) When purchasing tickets, please read relevant notices carefully. The gate is open from 9:00 to 15:30 on April 17, and 9:00 to 14:30 on April 18

(II) To refund tickets, enter the “我的-我的门票” (My Tickets) page and submit a refund request for the corresponding order.

① Refund requests for unused tickets can be made before midnight of the same day;

② Only the purchaser can apply for a refund; non-purchasers cannot submit requests;

③If the refund request is approved, the purchase fee will be refunded to the original payment account;

④The refund should be received immediately

(III) If invoices are required, you can make an application after the exhibition. The invoice application method is as follows:

1. For the CICPE App, enter the “我的-我的门票” order page and click on the “发票” (Invoice) in the upper right corner.

2. For the CICPE WeChat mini-program, enter the “我的-我的门票” page to apply. Please submit the application within the specified time.

(IV) To ensure the safety of visitors, children and senior citizens must be accompanied by family members. The organizer may implement temporary crowd control measures during peak hours. Thanks for your understanding.

(V) Disorderly conduct, improper dress, or pets are not allowed at the venue.

(VI) The ticket purchase channels mentioned in this notice are the only official designated ticket channels for the CICPE. There are no other online ticket purchase channels.

(VII) The Secretariat of the Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of the ticket usage regulations.
