Most county and township roads are now open, and all rural roads are at least nominally accessible; taxi services, online car booking services, and tourist and passenger transport have all restarted, 93% of urban buses and 80% of interprovincial passenger lines are back in operation, and all 26 third-level or above passenger stations have resumed operations.
