As of September 11th, the Kaili-Cengong Power Supply Bureau from Guizhou, which is aiding Wenchang in Hainan, is engaged in the repair of nearly 8 kilometers of the 10kV Country Garden Line Changkeng branch. The 21-member team is working diligently to clear access routes, handle broken lines, and replace hardware, aiming to restore power to this line by September 15th.
